Masters Sales — Cookie Policy

Version: 1.0 Effective date: 3 August 2026 Contact: masterssales.en@gmail.com

This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Masters Sales website.

1. Current approach

Masters Sales currently intends to use only cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for:

  • account registration and login;
  • authentication and session management;
  • security and fraud prevention;
  • remembering essential account or language settings;
  • recording acceptance of contractual documents; and
  • basic technical operation of the website.

These technologies are necessary to provide functions requested by the User and cannot always be disabled through the website.

Masters Sales does not currently use:

  • Google Analytics;
  • advertising pixels;
  • cross-site behavioural advertising;
  • third-party retargeting; or
  • marketing trackers.

For this current configuration, Masters Sales does not display a general cookie-consent banner.

2. Google and other sign-in providers

A User may choose to sign in through Google or another identity provider.

When the User actively selects that option, the provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Masters Sales should configure third-party authentication so that unnecessary provider scripts or tracking are not loaded before the User chooses to use that sign-in method.

3. Calendly

Appointment booking is provided through Calendly.

To minimise third-party tracking on the Masters Sales website, the preferred implementation is a link or button that opens Calendly only after the User chooses to book an appointment.

If a Calendly widget is embedded directly into the website and loads third-party cookies or scripts before the User interacts with it, an additional consent mechanism may be required.

Calendly applies its own privacy and cookie information on its service.

4. Future analytics

Masters Sales may introduce audience-measurement tools in the future.

Standard Google Analytics or another non-essential analytics configuration will not be activated without first implementing any consent or objection mechanism required by the laws applicable to website visitors.

As an alternative to a consent banner, Masters Sales may choose a genuinely privacy-preserving audience-measurement configuration that:

  • is limited to basic audience measurement;
  • does not use advertising features;
  • does not combine data across unrelated services;
  • does not create cross-site profiles;
  • minimises or avoids identifiers;
  • provides a clear objection mechanism where required; and
  • meets the conditions for a consent exemption in the relevant jurisdictions.

This Cookie Policy will be updated before such technology is activated.

5. Browser controls

Users can generally delete or block cookies through their browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, account access or other requested functions from working correctly.

6. Changes

Masters Sales may update this Cookie Policy when the website, providers or tracking technologies change. The current version and effective date will be published on the website.
